The Yukishino series ceramics are a Mino-style ware from Gifu prefecture. Mino ware is one of the most famous types of Japanese pottery, with over 400 years of history. These ceramics are thick and sturdy, with a rustic design. The first layer has an Oribe green glaze (moss green), and they are then finished with multiple layers of random strokes, creating unique patterns that somewhat resemble snow flakes.
These donburi bowls are typically used for serving Oyako-don (egg and chicken over rice) or Katsu-don (Tonkatsu over rice) but can also be used for Ochazuke (tea and furikake over rice), salads and hearty soups. The lid can help retain the warmness of food until serving.
这些盖饭碗通常用于盛放 Oyako-don(鸡蛋和鸡肉盖在米饭上)
或 Katsu-don(炸猪排盖在米饭上),
但也可用于 Ochazuke(茶和香松盖在米饭上)、沙拉和丰盛的汤。
保持食物的温暖直至享用。
